The Apartment
The apartment is large, with a queen size bed, walk in closet, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also burglar bars and mosquito screens on windows, for your safety and convenience.
Linen and kitchen appliances, such as microwave, toaster, blender, gas stove, fridge, are also included as well as all crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.
Property is fully fenced, and will consider taking a dog, depending on breed and how well socialized, as I also have 3 small dogs, all of which are kept inside at night so as not to disturb anyone.
Transportation is readily available for students of SGU, as the school bus stops outside the gate.

(rent includes cable TV, water and WiFi internet.)

Apartment is suitable for either singles or couples, and comes with all amenities, such as:
- A/C in bedroom
- Wireless Internet
- Cable TV
- Hot and cold water (hot water supplied by solar system)
- Large water tank in back (there is a switch supplied to turn on the water pump if and when the main water supply goes low)
- Generator in case of a power failure.
