This new and nice self-catering Apartment is located in the quiet area from Karlandpark, St.Georges, above Grand Anse, the world famous and largest beach, on the beautiful Caribbean Island, Grenada.

The Apartment is a seperat part, of the house from a German-Grenadian family. It is situated on a hill
and it is comfortably cool, due to the constant
breeze from the caribbean sea.

The veranda offers, a amazing view into the mountains with the rainforest, the valley (where the Golf Course is located), and the caribbean sea.

The Apartment includes in the upper level a complete kitchen with stove incl.oven, a large refrigerator, coffeemachine, toaster, kitchenutensils, ceilingfan and a dining area. The living room area includes a television with cable connection, stereo system, ceilingfan and a desk. A toilet with wash basin is also situated in the upper level.

Downstairs is the pleasant cool bedroom, it offers a mobile air condition system, ceilingfan, a large wardrobe and a double bed.

There is also a bathroom with hotwater shower, wash basin and toilet.
The sleeping accommodation is for max. 2 adults and 1 sm.child. Crib (4 feet long) and babyequipment is available.
Laundry service is available at additional charge.

There is only approximately 3 minutes to drive to the world famous Grand Anse beach, restaurants and shopping centres. And 15 minutes to drive to the int.airport.
A rental car is recommended. Car park is available.
