The Studio:
The studio flat has A/C, internet and cable TV access, *washing machine, mosquito nets in the windows, barbeque, own water supply in case of shortage in the dry season, car park. Fully equipped kitchen to cook at home, one double or two single beds, large bathroom with shower cubicle, hot water from solar water heater. Nice external place where you can eat or relax in front of a fantastic view. Local bus and University bus stop just a few minutes from the house. The custodians are permanently on the premises.
