The House:
Master bedroom with en suite and lots of storage, 2 further bedrooms with en suites and walk in wardrobes. Bedrooms also have additional private loft storage.Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan and its own private veranda. There is also a separate powder room. Large kitchen with all new appliances, Fridge freezer, Stove, Microwave, Larder, ample wall and base cabinets and feature glass cabinets with under unit lighting.
Open plan to large sitting dining room with comfortable sofas, tv, internet and cable. Laundry to rear with washing machine and dryer and lots of space. 10 foot veranda to the front and private veranda to the rear. Burglar bars fitted to windows and doors and insect screens fitted to windows as well as all external doors so they can be left open to get the breeze but let no insects in. Transportation is readily available for students of SGU, as the school bus stops outside the gate.
